Aitor Garmendia Lazkano holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration and a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto. He also holds a Diploma in Business Informatics from the UNED. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Deusto, where he teaches at the Donostia campus.Aitor Garmendia Lazkano teaches BA courses on Business Administration. Specifically, he teaches Accounting and Advanced Financial Accounting, both in Basque and in Spanish.During the past few years he has been working on competitiveness, growth and business groups. His publications mainly focus on the reality of business groups both in the Basque Country and in Spain.Aitor Garmendia Lazkano is part of the Business Competitiveness and Economic Development research team, which has been recognized by the University of Deusto.
