Graduated in Industrial Design Engineering from Mondragon Unibertsitatea eta Master in Theories and Methods of Industrial Design from the Polytechnic University of Milan. In 2004 I co-founded the Maraka design studio, in which I currently work. At Maraka, we design responses to the new realities that public institutions and companies must address. We apply design to transform new realities into innovation opportunities that add value to both organizations and their clients and users. We use an innovation process that combines deep knowledge of clients and users, a strategic vision for the business and a focus on the future. Our services are: service desing / systems focused on clients and users, design of the experience of using the service, design and dynamization of participatory processes for the creation of services with users, clients and citizens, servitization processes, training in design methods and strategic design for innovation.
