Félix Vacas Fernández is associate professor of public international law and International Relations in University Carlos III de Madrid. He did his doctorate on Law, speciality on Human rights and his Phd on UN Peacekeeping Operations and the Principles of Non-Intervention and the Non-Use of Force. He has published several books and articles on different topics such as Peacekeeping operations, human rights, International and European Migration Law, Terrorism, and the rights of victims of international crimes.
