Olatz Ukar is PhD in Electrical Engineering at University of the Basque Country. She is Professor in Engineering Faculty at University of Deusto. Her main research areas include sustainable development, climate change, renewable energies and the electricity market. She has been Coordinator of the master's degree in Environmental Management (2009-2017).
