Virginia Torres Gómez de la Llamosa holds a BA in Philosophy and Educational Sciences (Pedagogy section) and a PhD in Pedagogy from the University of Deusto. She is currently Lecturer/Professor at the University of Deusto, where she teaches at the Bilbao campus.Virginia Torres Gómez de la Llamosa teaches BA courses on Primary Education and Religious Sciences and MA courses on Master´s Degree in compulsory secondary education, upper secondary education, vocational training and language teaching. Specifically, she teaches the following subjects:• Bachelor: Ethics and Professional Deontology, Pedagogy and Teaching of Religion in Schools and Pedagogy and Psychology of Religion • Master: Subject Matter Teaching and LearningHer publications mainly focus on development of values and skills. During the past few years she has carried out research on teacher training.Virginia Torres Gómez de la Llamosa is part of the “Competences and values developement” research team. Other research interests include teacher training.
