Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, University of Deusto and Doctor of Medicine, University of Barcelona (March 2013). Her doctoral thesis focused on study of the neuroanatomical bases of prematurity and their impact on cognitive functions and behaviour through neuroimaging studies. She spent a research stay at the Robert Steiner MRI Unit, Hammersmith Hospital (Imperial College, London, UK) in 2010. She spent a postdoctoral stay at the Brain and Mind Institute (Western University, London, Canada), where she perfected her knowledge of anatomical and functional neuroimaging techniques in a project that evaluated cerebral function in newborns. She has been afforded the opportunity to work on different Spanish and international research projects on populations with schizophrenia, transexuals, cerebral paralysis victims and normal ageing. In March 2015, she joined the Neuropsychology of severe medical disorders team at the University of Deusto as a postdoctoral researcher. She is also PhD at the Faculty of Health Sciences and teaches on the Bachelor's degree programme in Psychology.
