A neurologist trained at the Cruces Hospital, she completed an external rotation at the Epilepsy Unit in the University Hospital, San Diego, California. She worked at the Cruces Hospital Epilepsy Unit for 6 years and has recently transferred to the Urduliz Hospital. Lecturer on Neurology at the University of the Basque Country since 2012.
