Eduardo García Gil is Mechanical Engineer at the Engineering School of Bilbao (UPV-EHU) and was awarded his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering at the Engineering School of Bilbao (UPV-EHU).Currently, he is Doctor Assistant Professor at the University of Deusto. He is teacher in the field of Applied Mechanics : Fluid Mechanics, Fundamentals of Materials Science, Manufacturing Processes, Integrated Manufacturing Systems. In addition he is coordinator of the Degree in Mechanical Engineering.His research expertise is related to metallic manufacturing processes, where he has published 6 research papers in top engineering JCR journals as well as several lectures in international and national conferences. In addition, he codirects a PhD Thesis focussed on the improvement of hot forming manufacturing processes by means of Finite Element modelling. Recently he has been awarded with a six year research.
