Julio Manuel Revilla Ocejo holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering (specialist in mechanics) from the University of the Basque Country and . He is currently Lecturer at the University of Deusto, where he teaches at the Bilbao campus.Julio teaches BSc courses in Industrial Technologies Engineering, Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering, and in the double degree in Business Administration and Industrial Technologies Engineering.Specifically, he teaches the following subjects:• “Informática Industrial”.• “Sistemas de Producción Integrados”.• “Automatización Industrial”.His publications mainly focus on Artificial Intelligence. During the past few years he has carried out research on optimal metrics for classification problems.He is the responsible for the laboratory of Automation and Industrial Informatics in the Engineering Faculty.Other research interests include communications for data acquisition and management in industrial facilities.
