BA in Law and a practising member of the Biscay Bar Association. He is a lawyer of the Senior Body of State Lawyers at the Social Security department. He lectures at the "Pedro Ibarreche" School of Legal Practice, Biscay Bar Association. He is a speaker on Social Security matters at several seminars and workshops.
