She has been public prosecutor since 14 September 1992; Coordinator of the Workplace Accident Service since 2005 and Deputy Prosecutor for Workplace Accidents at the Provincial Public Prosecutor's Office since September 2007; she was appointed “honorary collaborator” and was awarded the “venia docendi” at the Faculty of Law of the University of the Basque Country, pursuant to Resolution of 18 June 2010 of the Vice-Rector for the Campus at that University; some of her works include: "Los sujetos activos en los delitos contra la seguridad y salud en el Trabajo" published in 2006 by Deusto University Press, included in "Tutela penal de la seguridad en el trabajo. Cuadernos penales José María Lidon". She has collaborated in Lex Nova publications: “El recurso preventivo en 360 º” y “El trabajador autónomo en la coordinación de prevención en 360º”; she has given talks in several courses run by the Centre of Legal Studies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, Bilbao’s Local Police Dept., the Civil Guard and other public and private institutions.
