BA in Law, University of Deusto; he has been a member of the Biscay Bar Association since January 1992;He specialises in Administrative and Urban Law. He was a Partner of Pérez-Sasía Abogados Asociados from 1995 to 2003 and has been a partner of Ramallo & Casanueva SLP since 2009. He has been a speaker at several conferences on urban law, patrimonial liability of the public administration, forced expropriation. He has taught at the “Pedro Ibarreche” School of Legal Practice of the Biscay Bar Association since 2010 (contentious-administrative internship area).
