BA in Law, University of Deusto 2004. He did an advanced course on Urban Planning at the Basque Institute of Public Administration. He has been a member of the Biscay Bar Association since 2004. He works as a legal adviser at the Beristain Bilbao &Asociados law firm, mainly on administrative law issues.
