BA in Law, University of Deusto (1992); Diploma in Tax Consultancy, University of Deusto (1993); Diploma in Family Law and Domestic Violence; Diploma in Conflict Resolution and Family Mediation, Autonomous University of Barcelona (2009). She has been a practising lawyer with her own office since 1992. She is Head of the Legal Advisory Service for Women in the Social Services area in Busturialdea. Since 2004, she has lectured on civil and domestic and/or gender violence issues at the Biscay Bar Association, both in Basque and Spanish.
