Javier Alboniga is a practising lawyer and a member of E.L.A.’s legal service. He holds a BA in Law with a specialism in economics and a Master’s in Business Legal Consultancy from the University of Deusto (1990-1991). He has been a lecturer at the School of Legal Practice at the University of Deusto and the Bar Association since 1997, in Basque.
