BA in Law, with a specialism in Economics, University of Deusto; Master’s Degree in Business Law and PhD in Law (1999), University of Deusto. She joined the Faculty of Law in 1992, where she has lectured both on undergraduate and postgraduate courses (in Spanish and English) and has developed her research career. She works in the Private Law Department, and she currently lectures in Civil Law. She also has published widely on Private Property Law (Contracts and Guarantees, Consumer’s Rights and Insolvency Law).
