Steffen Bay Rasmussen holds a BA in Political Science, an MA in European Studies and a PhD in International Relations. He is currently Associate Professor at the University of Deusto.He teaches courses on international law and european integration. His research is centered on diplomacy, european integration and international theory. His recent publications are on EU diplomacy, diplomatic theory, public diplomacy, cultural diplomacy, consular protection and ontological security.
