Professor of Psychology at the University of Deusto. She teaches in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Deusto, where she is director of the Master's in Systemic-Relational Psychotherapy. ex_President of the Spanish Association for Research and Development in Family Therapy and Head Researcher of the "Assessment and Intervention with Families and Minors" research team at Deusto Family Psych. She lectures on Social Psychology and Psychological Assessment and Intervention with Families on the BA in Psychology, as well as in the University Masters in General Health Psychology and Relational Systemic Psychotherapy. She is a member of the Academic Committee of the PhD programme in Psychology. Her research work focuses on understanding the difficulties experienced by dysfunctional families experiencing hardship or adversity: divorce, adoption, psychosocial risk, immigration, etc.
