ander sansinenea mendieta

Ander Sansinenea Mendieta holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Deusto (Bilbao, 1996), an MBA (ICADE, Madrid, 1997) and a Master’s in Human Resources Management (Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, 2001). He started his career in the telecommunications field taking part in Madritel's start up and then joined Corporación Auna, where he held managerial positions in the Human Resources Department. He continued his career in the Human Resources Department at Grupo Gureak, after which he joined LKS. Over the last 10 years he has developed projects mainly focused on organisational design, size and change and the development of a people management strategy. He works in industrial and technological companies both in Spain and abroad. He has published the book "Gestión de Personas en Entornos Internacionales: Retos y problemáticas en la gestión de personas en empresas vascas internacionalizadas” and is a lecturer at Deusto Business School.
