She has worked in the field of humanitarian action and development since 2002. Her latest appointment were with the UN Peacekeeping Mission and with ACTED in South Sudan. Previously, she has worked as programme manager for a full range of organizations and donors including UN agencies (UNESCO Windhoek Cluster Office 2004-2006); international organizations (OSCE Mission in Kosovo 2003); local NGOs (ASONOG in Honduras, 2002 & Emaus Social Foundation in Spain 2010-2011); and donors (Spanish Cooperation Agency in Namibia 2006-2009). She was also involved in the development of the EUPRHA Humanitarian Qualifications Framework while working for NOHA (2012-2015).
