Graduated with a BA in Law in 1988, and an MA in Port and Maritime Business Management and Maritime Law from the University of Deusto, 1st edition, in 2011. She is a professional working in the shipping and multi-modal transportation business, having worked as legal advisor for a multinational shipping company for 18 years. She is currently manager of Consultoría y Asesoría Integral, being responsible for commercial, labour, maritime and international transportation-related areas. She has been teaching post-graduate courses at the University of Deusto for 10 years in Port and Maritime Business Management and Maritime Law, and has taken part in seminars, congresses and round tables in matters related to the shipping sector.
