Henar Alcalde is a Doctor Cum Laude in Business Administration and Quantitative Methods (European Mention) from the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid. She also has executive training from Harvard Business School (Boston, USA). She has carried out a doctoral stay at the Copenhagen Business School in the Innovation and Organizational Economics (INO) Department. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Quantitative Methods from the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid, and holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Burgos. Since 2011 Henar has been a lecturer of Business Politics in the Department of Strategy at the University of Deusto.
