is a Computer Engineer and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Deusto. She is currently Associate Professor at the University of Deusto, where she teaches at the Bilbao campus. She teaches BSc courses in Computer Engineering and Telecommunication Technology Engineering. Specifically, she teaches the following subjects: Computer Networks, Communication Architecture and Protocols and Computer Network Administration. Her publications focus mainly on the design of advanced mobile services for improving people’s quality of life and, specifically, on the personalisation of services, evaluation of the user experience and context-aware services. She forms part of the DeustoTech (Deusto Foundation) Internet research group. She is a member of the well-known Basque Government DEUSTEK (Reference No.: IT458-10).
