PhD from the University of Deusto (Spain), Graduate in Urban Sociology and Master in Leisure from the same university. Professor of the Degree in Tourism of the University of Deusto-Bilbao, and professor of the Institute of Leisure Studies of this same university. Positive assessment of her research activity (1996-2022) by the National Research Assessment Commission (CNEAI) and member of the research team "Leisure, culture and tourism for social transformation" of the University of Deusto. Her areas of knowledge are focused on the following areas of research and teaching: Tourist experience, Psychosociology of tourist demand; Tourism and lifestyles; Policies, planning and evaluation of sustainable and inclusive tourism.
