Before you start registering, you can watch this video to find out in detail how to enrol online:
If you are a student at the University of Deusto
- You must enrol through the Virtual Office using your OPENDEUSTO email address and password.
- Students at the University of Deusto get a 20% discount on the courses.
- Payment of course fees is made is through direct debit and you may opt for a single payment or an instalment payment (50% in October and 25% in February).
- Payment is charged to the same bank account to which your payments for the undergraduate or postgraduate studies you are studying are paid.
If you have been a student at the University or the Language Centre
- Enrolment is done through the Virtual Office following the instructions given there.
- Payment of course fees is made is through direct debit and you may opt for a single payment or an instalment payment (50% in October and 25% in February).
- If you want to maintain the account number that appears on your enrolment form, you must hand in the Direct Debit Form (SEPA) duly signed to the Language Centre office.
- If you want to change the account number that appears on your enrolment form, you must hand in the original Direct Debit Form (SEPA) duly signed to the University’s Administration department and request the change of bank account there.
If this is the first time you are enrolling at the University of Deusto
- You will have to fill in the attached Google form and send a copy of your ID card to idiomas@deusto.esor idiomas.ss@deusto.es (San Sebastian Campus).
- The Language Centre office will process your enrolment and you will receive a copy of the enrolment form and the Direct Debit Form (SEPA) by email for you to sign and hand in at the Language Centre office before the end of the enrolment period.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OTHER COURSES
- Enrolment must be done through the Virtual Office with your OPENDEUSTO email and password or, if you do not have them yet, by following the instructions there.
- Students at the University of Deusto get a 20% discount on the courses.
- As a member of the Club Alumnii you have a 10% discount. You must send a copy of the DeustoAlumni card by email to idiomas@deusto.es or idiomas.ss@deusto.es (San Sebastian campus) to provide proof of alumni status.
- Payment is made in a single payment by credit card or printed barcode payable at Kutxabank.
Regulations
- Right to cancel course The University of Deusto reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum required number of students do not enrol. In this case, an alternative will be offered to those enrolled and, failing this, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation of enrolment Cancellation of enrolment and refund of the proportional part of the enrolment fee will only be accepted in the duly justified case of serious illness. Under no circumstances will the amount of the first direct debit be refunded. No cancellation of enrolment or refund of any amount will be allowed in the following cases:
- withdrawal from university studies
- Timetable clashes
- later admission to another centre
