    General aims

    Provide society and the scientific community with significant advances in the knowledge of Law through the critical analysis of the processes and factors that influence its evolution and transformation.
    Respond to the needs of public and private institutions by carrying out studies and projects that identify the challenges and analyse the implications of European legislation and the internationalisation of property law in strategic areas for the economic world and civil society.
    Consolidate a benchmark interdisciplinary research group in the field of European integration and property law in the Basque Country, which can become a focus of attraction for researchers and teams from other countries.

    - European Integration: a study and assessment of the political construction process in Europe from an interdisciplinary approach.
    - Property law: a study of the legal relationships arising from transnational economic activities from an interdisciplinary and multilevel approach (national, European and international).
