Brief description of research aims

Develop and apply advanced management and optimisation methods to improve production systems and logistics, highlighting operations management and analysis of future management trends in supply chains. Analyse and assess the relationship between innovation polity and regional business policy with special emphasis on developing methodological proposals to focus innovation policy on the needs of industry, fostering relations and exchange of information between players in the public and private sectors.
