The publication of this Report will serve to accomplish the aims of bizkaia:xede association, a non-profit association promoted by the Regional Department for Innovation and Economic Promotion of Vizcaya, and carried out in collaboration with a group of leadingcompanies and universities in Vizcaya.
One of its main aims is to promote the provision of the necessary conditions to retain and attract qualified people to the process of Innovation and Knowledge of Vizcaya. With this aim in mind, the following aspects have been examined in this Report:
- The current labour situation of the group under study.
- The profile of the people working outside Bizkaia.
- These people?s motivations for leaving and returning.
