On Friday, 27 September, the APNABI LAN association awarded diplomas to a total of 18 individuals with autism who recently completed the graphic arts training as part of the Lanberri 2023-2024 programme.
The event took place at the University of Deusto, where Mikel Pulgarín, president of the association, Teresa Laespada, Provincial Deputy for Employment, Social Cohesion and Equality of Biscay, and Nerea Gutiérrez, Vice-Dean for International and Institutional Relations at the Faculty of Education and Sport, opened the ceremony.
The Faculty of Education and Sport firmly believes in the need to promote inclusion and diversity in the workplace, and this programme is an example of how, by working together with institutions such as the Provincial Council, real and meaningful opportunities can be created.
